Analytics

Know exactly how every link performs

EndURL measures clicks with its own first-party pipeline — no third-party analytics scripts, no data resold to ad networks. Dashboards answer the questions that matter: who clicked, from where, on what device, and when.

Human clicks, not inflated totals

Every request is classified before it's counted. Crawlers, link-preview bots from chat apps, and uptime monitors are recorded separately from human clicks, so the numbers you report are numbers you can defend. Bot totals remain visible for transparency.

What EndURL measures

Each link's dashboard shows totals and trends over 24-hour to 90-day (or custom) ranges, built from precomputed aggregates so charts stay fast at any volume.

  • Clicks and unique visitors over time (hourly, daily, monthly)
  • Countries and regions from CDN geolocation
  • Devices, operating systems and browsers
  • Top referrers and languages
  • QR scans vs link clicks vs API-driven traffic
  • Hour-of-day and day-of-week activity patterns

Privacy by design

Raw IP addresses are never stored. Unique visitors are estimated with salted, daily-rotating hashes, and data retention follows your plan and settings — from 30 days on Free to 2 years on Business. Analytics can be disabled per link or per workspace, and aggregates are all a teammate ever sees.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to add a tracking script to my site?

No. Measurement happens at the redirect itself — nothing is injected into your pages and nothing follows the visitor afterwards.

How accurate are unique visitor counts?

Uniques are exact within a day and approximate across ranges (daily uniques are summed). The methodology is documented right in the dashboard tooltip.

Can I export analytics?

CSV and JSON export of aggregates is available on Starter and above, and via the API with an analytics:read scope.
