Link management

Links are assets. Manage them like assets.

Ten links fit in a spreadsheet. A thousand don't. EndURL gives teams the search, structure and governance to run links at scale — with every change recorded.

Find anything in seconds

Search across slugs, destinations and titles; filter by status, tag, domain or campaign; sort by recency or click volume. Cursor-based pagination keeps the dashboard fast whether you have fifty links or fifty thousand.

Structure that matches how teams work

Group links into folders and campaigns, tag them freely, and let each workspace keep its own namespace. Roles control who can create, edit or delete — an analyst can read everything without being able to change anything.

  • Tags, folders and campaign grouping
  • Bulk archive, tag and export
  • Role-based permissions (owner → analyst)
  • Expiring-soon and recently-clicked views
  • Audit log of every create, edit, archive and delete

Lifecycle control

Links move through explicit states — active, archived, expired, disabled, blocked — and deleted slugs are tombstoned so an old short link can never silently start pointing somewhere new. Destination edits are atomic: the public URL updates everywhere within about a minute.

Frequently asked questions

Can multiple team members manage the same links?

Yes — links belong to the workspace, not the individual. Roles govern who may create, edit, archive or delete.

What happens when I delete a link?

It stops redirecting immediately and its alias is permanently retired. Deletion is confirmed explicitly and recorded in the audit log.

Is there a limit on total links?

Plans limit monthly link creation, not total storage — links you've created stay managed and measurable.
