Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of EndURL. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
EndURL provides URL shortening, link management, QR codes, analytics and related APIs. We may improve or modify features over time; material reductions to paid functionality will be communicated in advance.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials, for API keys issued to you, and for activity in workspaces you administer. Keep contact details accurate; security notices go to your account email.
3. Acceptable use
Links must not point to malware, phishing, or content that is illegal in the jurisdictions you target. The full policy is at /acceptable-use and is part of these terms. We may disable links, domains or accounts that violate it, with or without notice depending on severity.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans bill through Razorpay on a monthly or annual cycle. You may cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan limits (links, clicks, domains, seats, API calls) are enforced technically and described at /pricing.
5. Your content and data
You retain all rights to destinations you link to and data you import. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service (storing link records, serving redirects, producing analytics for you). Aggregated, de-identified operational statistics may be used to run and improve the service.
6. Service levels and disclaimers
We engineer for high availability but the service is provided 'as is' without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, unlawful use, or non-payment. On termination, short links stop resolving and data is deleted per the privacy policy's retention rules.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account holders with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: legal@endurl.com.
